«My father's voice will not be ordering taxis.», the founder's oath of 16 May 2026, after the Apple submission of YOLI Build 22. Every product decision is checked with one question: «would I want my father to say this?» If not, the feature does not ship.

We are not building another app. We are building emotional infrastructure for travel, a new category with no analogues. Protection from copying is not the interface but architectural discipline and the founder's personal oath. An operator-grade product team (Lamoda alumni: a Class-A DC launched at 68,000 m², a DC team of 3,000 at peak) + a cultural anchor (Bobojon, 72, Bukhara) = a tool through which cities and cultures that kept their soul can once again see the person who comes to them.

Sees. Bobojon reads your state before he answers
You opened the map at seven in the morning, then at eight, and wrote nothing. He understands: today is not a day for information. And he stays silent. The Vision layer gathers behavioural signals, interaction patterns, time of day, pace, and forms the user's state before the product offers anything.

Decides. Composes a scene from primitives
Not «top 10 places». One teahouse, because that is the one that fits your state. A short rain, a copper gutter from 1840. The Decision layer is a state machine + scoring + LLM that picks one precise moment from a library of atmosphere primitives. Cinema mode when you need a scene; Utility mode when you need to get somewhere.

The quiet driver. The keeper of stories. The guardian of tea. Six roles that become part of an orchestrated experience. Not an interface but a presence: the app fades into the background, and the moment is carried by real people and objects. The contract: if YOLI does not understand the moment, YOLI stays silent. If it does, it speaks one line.

Bobojon, 72, Bukhara, the voice of it all
The category's cultural anchor and its protection from copying. ElevenLabs voice cloning + custom scripts. A voice in which you hear not marketing but a person who comes from this culture. «Would I want my father to say this?» is the only test for every feature. If not, the feature does not ship.

Build 22 approved by Apple, the product has been in the hands of the first users since 6 May. Engineering canon: 14 ADRs, 44 backlog tickets, 17 screens, 10 Edge Functions, an 11-table Supabase schema with RLS + PostGIS + pgvector. Android comes after the first retention metrics and thesis confirmation.
