11 million tourists a year come to Central Asia, and each of them is solving three problems: how to get around, what to see, and who to trust. All three, on a phone, in a foreign language, with no context. Local ride-hailing serves locals, audio guides come bundled with paid tours through an agency, and culture is buried in café plaques that most people never read.
YOLI rolls all three answers into one app and adds a fourth, the voice of someone who comes from the culture himself.
Local super-apps win their niche because they know the local user journey. YOLI rests on two foundations: an operator-grade product team (Lamoda alumni, 200,000 m², 5,000+ direct reports) and a cultural anchor, Grandfather Bobojon as a recognizable character through whom the audio tours are delivered. This isn't «yet another travel app»; it's a regional identity anchor shipped as an app.
Six modules in one app.

01 / eGIDA
AI-narrated cultural tours from Grandfather Bobojon
11 live audio-tours across Uzbekistan's landmarks, 50+ in the pipeline. ElevenLabs voice cloning plus custom scripts. The tourist walks through Bukhara or Samarkand, in their headphones, a voice that sounds like their own grandfather telling the story.
-
02 / Ride-hailing
Urban transport, locally
Local drivers, payment in any currency, a safe route with live tracking. Designed for the tourist: English UI by default, neighborhoods explained, fixed price to the airport.
-
03 / Last-mile
Delivery from local cafés and craft shops
The places a foreigner would never find on foot, now in the app. A courier brings a plate of plov from one specific courtyard, not from a chain. It's both a trial for the tourist and a flow for small merchants the global platforms never sign up.
-
04 / Conversational concierge
Voice assistant on Claude Haiku
«What should I eat in Samarkand?», «How do I get to Registan?», «How much is a taxi to the airport?», answered in a single thread. The Decision Engine = state machine + scoring + LLM. Not an ad, a route with reasoning.

05 / 4 languages
RU · EN · UZ · ZH, natively, not auto-translated
Content localized by native speakers, not machine translation. Chinese, because China is the region's second-largest source of tourists. Uzbek, because for the local user, it's the first.
